    What is your returns policy?

    We are unable to accept returns if you change your mind. We will offer a refund or replacement if your product is faulty or is damaged during delivery. You need to contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.

    How much does shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Delivery by Aramex or Australia Post. Express Post available for $15.
    When will I get my order?

    We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed by 3pm Melbourne time will be sent by courier the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
    Are your products made in Australia?

    We curate our gift boxes to focus on supporting boutique Australian wine, gin, and spirit producers. The mixer drinks, gourmet treats and garnishes are also sourced locally.
