Shipping policy

Delivery Locations Orders can only be shipped to residential or business addresses within Australia. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or unattended collection locations.

Authority to Leave: Due to liquor licence regulations, all parcels will be sent requiring a signature on delivery. 

Age Verification As we sell alcoholic beverages, proof of age may be required upon delivery. The recipient must be 18 years or older to accept delivery. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive your order. 

Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

Click & Collect Due to liquor licensing conditions, click and collect services are currently unavailable. All orders must be delivered to your specified address.

Delivery Times Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
