Mitchell Harris Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

From the red‑brown, rocky soils of Moonambel in Victoria's Pyrenees wine region, this Cabernet is classic, structured and beautifully expressive. Matured for 18 months in French oak (50% new), it opens with cassis, dark chocolate and mint, supported by fine chalky tannins and a long, persistent finish. It’s elegant yet robust — a wine that rewards slow sipping, good company and generous gifting. It's a wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years (if you can wait that long!).

Nougat & Nice Dark Chocolate & Peanut Nougat

A three‑layered creation that blends peanut brittle crunch, soft dark‑chocolate nougat and a glossy dark‑chocolate top scattered with crushed peanuts and sea salt. Handmade in small batches, it’s rich, textural and indulgent — a beautiful contrast to the Shiraz’s dark fruit and spice.

Kangaroo Island Honey‑Coated Popcorn

A golden, crunchy treat coated in pure Ligurian bee honey — a rare, protected strain found only on Kangaroo Island. Light, buttery and delicately sweet, it adds a playful lift alongside the Cabernet’s richness.
