How it works
1. Register your business account
Complete the business account creation form through our store. We'll review your application and approve your account, giving you access to our corporate gifting range and pricing. To be eligible, you will need a registered business name and ABN.
2. Place your order
Log in and browse our corporate gifting collection. Submit your order for review — no payment is required at this stage. We'll confirm the details with you before anything is finalised.
3. We source your gifts
For small orders, we'll likely have stock available and ready to send. For larger orders, please allow 5–7 business days for us to receive stock from our suppliers. We'll keep you updated on expected timeframes throughout the process.
4. Complete your payment
Once your stock is confirmed and ready, we'll send you a tax invoice via email. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (EFT) or you can pay by credit card via our PayPal page.
Orders over $1,000 require a 50% deposit before we place the supplier order. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch.
5. We deliver your gifts
Once full payment is received, we pack and dispatch your gifts within 1 business day.
We can deliver the gifts direct to your office, or if preferred, we can send to each recipient on your behalf. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you a simple spreadsheet to complete with each recipient's name, delivery address, and any personalised message you'd like included.
Note: Orders can only be sent to a business or residential address within Australia. The recipient must be aged over 18.
