Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed by 3pm Melbourne time will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and a link to track your delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
DELIVERY FEE
We charge a flat rate delivery Australia-wide. Delivery will be by Aramex or AusPost.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We deliver to homes or businesses within Australia only. Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Dry Zone postcodes is not available due to liquor licencing laws.
PROOF OF AGE
Due to liquor licencing laws, you may be required to provide proof of age if you look under 25. The courier driver is unable to deliver goods to anyone under 18 years of age.

Return policy
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- Your product is faulty
- Is damaged during delivery
- Is not the product you ordered

Note: We are unable to accept returns if you change your mind.
If you do change your mind, you can cancel the order before it has been shipped. In that situation, you will receive a full refund.
Sustainable packaging
We use sustainable packaging in all our orders. Our gift boxes are made from FSC certified sustainable forests. We encourage the gift boxes to be reused, or if you prefer, they can be put in your curb-side recycling bin - just remove the magnets from the lid. The protective mailing box used for delivery is made from 100% sustainable packaging and can be recycled. The shredded paper filler we use can go straight into your compost bin.
Australian-made products
We focus on selecting Australian-made products for our curated gift boxes. All of our wines, gins, and spirits are made by Australian producers. Our gourmet treats are sourced from local artisan manufacturers.
