Mitchell Harris Shiraz 2022

From the Pyrenees in Victoria, this Shiraz is vibrant, aromatic and beautifully structured. Whole‑bunch fermentation and a whisper of Viognier lift the nose with black spice, blue fruits and subtle florals, while 18 months in seasoned French oak adds savoury finesse. Expect concentrated blackberry, plum and spice, balanced by a long, elegant finish. It's a wine that feels both generous and refined, perfect for slow evenings and shared glasses. This wine can be drunk now (and why not!!) or cellared for up to 10 years. 

Nougat & Nice Fig & Raspberry Nougat

A vibrant, textural gluten-free nougat handmade with natural honey, sun‑dried figs, roasted almonds and bright raspberry. It’s soft, fruity and beautifully aromatic — a lovely contrast to the Cabernet’s dark fruit and savoury depth.

Kangaroo Island Honey‑Coated Popcorn

A golden, crunchy treat made with pure single‑origin Ligurian honey from Kangaroo Island — the world’s only remaining pure strain of these bees. Lightly buttery with a delicate sweetness, it adds a playful lift alongside the wine’s savoury depth.
